Financing
	It�s very important that one of the first things a buyer should do in the home buying process is become �pre-approved� for a mortgage. It serves two important purposes:
	1. You will know how much the bank will loan you to buy a home.
	2. Interest rates fluctuate and a pre-approval guarantees the rate.
	Pre-approvals don�t cost you anything and can virtually be done over the phone! Start with your own bank, then shop around at perhaps one or two more sources (it may save you thousands!).
	I�ve included business cards of three excellent mortgage reps for your consideration. I can�t specifically endorse one over another, but they are all very experienced professionals and they will treat you well (especially when you tell them you�re my client - I send them a lot of business!).

Home Inspection
	One of the most important pieces of the home buying puzzle! A home inspection performed by a certified home inspector is usually performed within a 3 to 5 day period after the offer has been accepted.
	While a home inspection is only a �visual� inspection, home inspectors will check literally hundreds of home components that you and I may not even think of checking - and it�s for your protection! The cost is usually around three hundred dollars - a small price to pay considering the investment you�re making!
	There are lots of home inspectors in the yellow pages to choose from, but I have found one company that excels in buyer protection and customer service, and although I can�t make a personal recommendation I would encourage you to speak with this company and consider their services:
